Returns & Refund Policy

At Ferula Collection, we take pride in offering carefully selected Italian leather handbags, individually hand-painted to create unique statement pieces. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Right to Return

If you purchased a standard (non-personalised) product, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with applicable European consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• be unused and in its original condition,
• include all original packaging, dust bags, accessories and tags,
• show no signs of wear, damage or alteration.

Items returned in a condition that prevents them from being sold as new may not qualify for a full refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• handbags customised with a personal name, quote or inscription,
• products created according to the customer's individual specifications,
• any personalised or made-to-order item.

These products are exempt from the right of withdrawal under applicable EU consumer legislation.

3. Handmade Product Notice

Every Ferula Collection handbag is individually hand-painted.

Small variations in:

• brush strokes,
• colour intensity,
• artistic details,
• placement of painted elements,

are a natural result of handcrafted work and make every handbag unique.

These characteristics are not considered defects and therefore do not qualify for return or warranty claims.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Ferula Collection cannot be held responsible for items lost during return transit.

5. How to Request a Return

Please contact us before sending your item back.

Please include:

• your order number,
• your full name,
• the reason for the return,
• photographs if the product is damaged or defective.

We will provide you with further instructions.

6. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless required by law.

7. Exchanges

If your handbag arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, we will gladly offer:

• a replacement,
• a repair where appropriate,
• or a full refund if replacement is not possible.

Each case is assessed individually to ensure the best possible solution.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your order:

• arrives damaged,
• contains the wrong item,
• or is incomplete,

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Whenever possible, include photographs of:

• the shipping box,
• the packaging,
• the shipping label,
• and the product itself.

This helps us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

9. Natural Leather

Our handbags are crafted from genuine Italian leather.

Natural leather may display unique grain patterns, slight texture differences or subtle markings that are inherent characteristics of the material.

These natural features are not considered defects.

10. Colour Accuracy

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible.

However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, device or lighting conditions.

Minor colour variations do not constitute a product defect.
