These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products and services. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• you are at least 18 years of age or have permission from a legal guardian;
• the information you provide is accurate and complete;
• you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

3. Products

Ferula Collection offers carefully selected Italian leather handbags, many of which are individually hand-painted.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products:

• every handbag is unique;
• slight variations in artwork, colour placement and leather texture are natural characteristics;
• no two handbags are identical.

These differences are not considered defects.

4. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to:

• discontinue products,
• limit quantities,
• refuse or cancel orders where necessary.

If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you promptly and offer either:

• a full refund, or
• an alternative product (if available).

5. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website include VAT where applicable.

Shipping within the European Union is provided free of charge unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.

Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

6. Orders

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

This email confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily constitute acceptance.

A purchase contract is concluded once your order has been accepted and dispatched.

7. Payments

We accept secure payment methods available during checkout.

Orders will only be processed after successful payment authorisation.

Ferula Collection does not store payment card information.

8. Personalised Products

Products created according to your personal specifications, including custom artwork, names, quotes or other personalised elements, are made exclusively for you.

For this reason:

• personalised products cannot be cancelled after production has begun;
• personalised products are not eligible for return under the EU right of withdrawal unless they are defective.

9. Intellectual Property

All content available on this website, including but not limited to:

• photographs,
• product images,
• artwork,
• illustrations,
• logo,
• graphics,
• product names,
• collection names,
• written content,

is the intellectual property of Ferula Collection or its licensors.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or used without prior written permission.

10. Product Photography

We make every effort to present our products as accurately as possible.

However:

• colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings;
• natural leather may vary in texture and grain;
• each hand-painted design is unique.

These characteristics do not constitute defects.

11. Warranty

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

If you receive a defective product, please contact us as soon as possible.

Each warranty claim is assessed individually in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ferula Collection shall not be liable for:

• indirect losses,
• consequential damages,
• delays caused by third-party courier services,
• events beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic.

Mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in the customer's country of residence within the European Union remain unaffected.
